“Natalia has been sleeping great through the night. And I can see a huge improvement in her happiness. I didn’t think my bundle of joy could get any happier but she is so happy to see either me or my husband in the mornings and she doesn’t cry in the morning when she’s awake, she has a chat to herself, it’s really cute Thank you so much for this opportunity to get more support from you. Looking forward to learning and trying a lot more. I’m already blown away with how much she has improved in her ability to sleep through the night and her overall happiness.”
Melissa, Mum of Natalia
“I have one-year-old twin girls who are total opposites – Rosalie has slept through the night since she was 2 months old, but Aubrey was still waking up every night, and would only go back to sleep after a bottle. With the advice she gave, Aubrey hasn’t had a night time bottle since I spoke to Bianca. First night was horrible, next night had some grizzles but didn’t have to go in to her, then the following night she slept through! Absolute miracle really, can’t believe it. I think I just needed someone to say it’s ok, she definitely doesn’t need a bottle, because I have been through this before but I have always given in thinking she could only keep crying this long because she needs a bottle!”
Jessica, Mum of Aubrey and Rosalie
We will provide you with a questionnaire about your child’s current sleep habits, to give yourself a clear picture of how much sleep your child is getting, and what their sleep issues are.
You will get a Sleep Plan for your child, given and explained to you during the workshop. This plan will be easy to follow, and you can customise it to your family.
Our workshops are all held live, whether they are in-person at a location near you, or online via an online meeting platform. You can ask all the questions you need during these 2 hours to make sure you are clear on your plan moving forward.
You will be sent an email every day for 2 weeks. These will include what you may have experienced the previous night, expectations for the night ahead, along with lots of hints and tips for sleep success.
As a thank you for joining one of our Workshops, we offer you a discount off ALL products sold through our online store. This means you can be prepared to support your child’s sleep from day one.
We want to make sure you are 100% successful in your quest for more sleep. Because of this, we offer you the opportunity for extra support, directly with our Founder and Certified Sleep Consultant, Bianca Ritchie, who can help you with everything from developing your child’s plan, to 1:1 support while implementing the plan.
Our workshops, designed to get you sleeping quickly, easily, and affordably, include:
P.S. Our sleep program, which has been successfully implemented by 100’s of mums worldwide, is PROVEN to help you get your baby sleeping through the night.
BUT, it’s first in, best dressed as we can only host a limited number of families at each workshop.
How often do you run these workshops?
We aim to run a workshop every 3 months, however you may see we have thrown in one or two additional workshops during this time.
Why are there only 20 places available?
These are live workshops run by our Certified Sleep Consultant. To make sure we can give everyone enough time to ask questions, and have them answered within the 2 hours, we have had to put a limit on the group size.
What happens if we book but we are unable to attend?
If, after booking, you are unable to attend our workshop, you can either go on the list for another of our live workshops, or you will be sent all your materials to work through in your own time.
What age are these workshops aimed at?
Unless a particular age is specified in the event title, these workshops are aimed at babies and children, from newborn to 8 years old. So they really do have you covered for a long time.
If you see a particular age or stage mentioned in the workshop title (e.g. “toddlers” or “newborn to 6 months”), then the information provided will be specifically targeted to that group.
Can I bring my children to your workshop?
YES, of course! All our staff at Hush-a-Bee are parents of young children, and we understand how difficult it can be to get someone to look after them. Bring them along, but please be considerate of the other families there who are also trying to learn about sleep for their child.
We recommend bringing some quiet activities to keep your children occupied during the workshop, and if they get a little rowdy, take them for a 5-minute breather. We can always help you catch up when you get back.
Do you do any one-on-one work with clients?
Bianca Ritchie, our Founder and Certified Sleep Consultant, does lots of one-on-one work with clients. If you are interested in learning more about getting 1:1 professional support, please contact us and we’ll get back to you quickly.
How is this different to your Online Sleep School?
The information provided during these workshops is intended for you to implement yourself, kind of a DIY approach. The benefit of joining our Online Sleep School is that parents are supported the whole way through, and can ask questions every step of the way.
Our Online Sleep School also has the option of being a lifetime member, meaning parents have access to a Certified Sleep Consultant for life.
What happens if we don’t get results?
If you can show us that you’ve followed the sleep plan exactly as it is written out, but you’ve seen no improvements in your child’s sleep, we will happily refund you your money.
How long will it take for my child to start sleeping through the night?
This is a very common question, but one we don’t have a clear answer to. Every child is different, so they could sleep through on night one, or they may take the full two weeks to get there. The average, however, is 3 nights, and for children that take longer than a week, there is usually something else going on.
What happens if my child gets sick before we start or during the sleep plan?
We advise you not to make any changes to your child’s routine, sleep or otherwise, while they are unwell. When your child is sick they need all the comfort you can give them. If this happens, we recommend you put a pause on your sleep plan, and start again when they are back to full health.
Who shouldn’t attend one of your workshops?
We would love to tell you these workshops are for everyone, but they’re not.
If you are currently bed sharing with your child and you wish to continue to do so, these workshops are not for you. We are not trained in safe sleeping practices when it comes to bed sharing, therefor we would never place your family at risk by giving incorrect advice.
And if you feel that you would like a little more support from our trained Sleep Consultants, please get in touch to find out more about what we offer, or check out our Online Sleep School.
